This Improvised Life with Deena Nyer Mendlowitz combines some of Cleveland’s best storytellers with some of Cleveland’s best improvisers to give audiences a blend of comedy, spontaneity, and heart you won’t find anywhere else in town. Each show is totally unique, and if you’ve seen one you have definitely not seen them all! To ring in the holiday season, Deena will invite three generations of storytellers to share a true story from their lives based on the word DEDICATION. The improvisational performers hear the story for the first time along with the audience as it is being told, and then act out scenes based on each storyteller’s tale, to create new and often laugh-out-loud moments inspired by what everyone has heard. This is one of the most fun and surprising theatrical art events happening in town. Often sells out, so get your tickets soon!
